System description

WINCK8900-LPS system provided by Moveweigh Automation System Co., Ltd. is a system to help customers solve the customization of weighing and printing. The WINCK8900-LPS system can realize the following main functions:

1. The label printing content can be customized, and the format can be changed freely.

2. Dynamic weighing and automatic recording. Manually push the packaging material roll over the weighing platform manually without waiting for the weight to stabilize. The system automatically records the stable weight.

3. You can enter or select information such as order number, supplier number, product name and specification, formula type, punching method, etc.

4. If the packaging material is found to be damaged during the packaging process, the records can be retrieved, and the modified record information will be marked as damaged, so that it will not be recorded in the system or printed.

5. The label printer can be placed on the packaging post, and a label is automatically printed for each weighing one, and the last label is directly attached to the packaged packaging material. Or after a batch or pallet has been produced, the data can be aggregated and the corresponding labels printed. Stick the labels on the outer packaging of the packaging materials in turn.

6. The weighing data is automatically stored in the background database, which can be queried and printed on the background PC.

7. There are user rights management such as administrators, supervisors, and operators.

8. All operations have an operation log function, which is convenient for tracking and tracing.

1. The product system structure adopts C/S and B/S structure, which consists of three parts: on-site working point application software (execution layer) + background data management software (management layer) + MySQL database.

2. On-site workstations are functionally configured and modularly designed according to on-site requirements. It is mainly composed of WINCK8900 high-performance weighing and touch all-in-one machine + scale + printer. The on-site workstation is responsible for weighing and marking, calibration scale management, data recording, network transmission, etc.

3. The background data management software adopts the Web type, and is mainly responsible for: product information management, weighing information management, data report summary and traceability management, etc. are completed in the office data management system.

4. The system can be configured with administrators, technicians, and ordinary operators, and grant different permissions.
