After using WinCK7050, the customer only needs to move the whole box to the roller scale (installed next to the baler), the touch screen can have 100 formulas to meet the missing parts detection of 100 kinds of boxes, and there will be sound and light alarm to remind the manual intervention when the missing parts alarm, product qualified is a green light, NG product is an alarm red light + buzzer, automatic weighing detection of missing parts for the whole box of products and recording weighing data to the log (can be exported by U disk), avoiding manual recording errors, After the box is weighed, push it to the baler for packing, which is convenient and quick. If you need to print labels, you can connect an external label printer.
