WinCK9502 dual channel checkweigher

WinCK9502 series online weighing system is designed for high-precision packaging machines. It is derived from advanced high-speed sampling technology and dynamic weighing filter model, which perfectly meets the weighing inspection requirements of high-precision packaging in the pharmaceutical industry. The dynamic accuracy can reach ±0.02g , can be adapted to the speed of the packaging machine at 120 packs/min.

WinCK9502 series has two models, pneumatic Air and servo Srv, to meet the requirements of different customers. Both adopt dual-channel WinCK series high-precision digital weighing modules to independently complete the rejection control and improve efficiency. Pneumatic versions are economical, but the cylinders have a lifespan and need to be replaced periodically. Servo version once and for all, completely solve the life problem.

WinCK9502 can be used with various packaging machines to provide weighing feedback signals for packaging machines to ensure the accuracy of each packaging, and can store weighing data in real time, and can also output data through communication.
